  • Coordinate and carry out maintenance and calibration works of Automatic Surface Inspection System.
  • Maintenance works on defect standard database.
  • Mathematical models maintenance and improvements for defect classification.
  • Analyze the root-cause of problems for surface defect and carry out measures to decrease.
  • Control and improve the quality indexes of surface quality, mainly focus on roll mark, pits, scale, edge crack, etc.
  • Check equipment and ensure working precisions for ASIS, take care of high ratio of identification and classification about defects.

2.2 Qualifications of Experience and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or above with the academic backgrounds of Mechanical, Materials or Computer, etc.
  • A certain capability of computer programming with C++ etc.
  • At least 10 years working experience in rolling process in wide Hot Strip Rolling Mill, preferred to in silicon steel production.
  • At least 5 years working experience in ASIS in wide Sot Strip Mill.
  • Prefer to proficient English in reading, listening , speaking and writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
