- Provide customers and other key stakeholders' data/information and competitors' intelligence, translate into business insights and activate the insights to impact the critical business strategy and decision- Generate the integrated analysis to support the business strategic and tactical planning, identify the business opportunity and key potential threat based on the good understanding on market and competition- Orchestrate the comprehensive performance review and insights generation through the facilitation of cross-functional teamwork- Parterner with TA to set up and fine-tune the patient based forecasting to support the annual business planningJob Requirements:
- Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor or above
- Major: Pharmaceutical prefer
- Language skills & proficiency: Fluent English skills both in writing and speaking, Proficient English presentation skill
- Required capabilities : Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical, communication and project management skills, above 5 years' market research or consultant experience; forecasting experience is a Must; Proactive, self-motivated, and good capability in cross-functional communications; Strong in critical thinking and high adaptability to transformation
