- Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive regional market strategy roadmap for Consumer Goods Adhesives in the FMCG packaging and labeling industry.
- Manage the innovation pipeline, including quality assurance, launch planning, and go-to-market strategy execution.
- Translate market insights into actionable customer and portfolio strategies; develop and implement regional business programs.
- Lead the Sustainable Designs program, focusing on carbon footprint reduction, circularity, and safe material innovation.
- Conduct competitor and pricing analysis, manage market intelligence tools, and support marketing teams with strategic recommendations.
- Maintain and enhance market sizing methodologies and economic forecasting models.
- Manage and extract data from internal and external market research databases.
- Build and maintain relationships with regional SBU management, technical service, sales, and innovation teams.
- Collaborate with third-party market research providers and manage related projects.
- Regional strategy development and implementation.
- Innovation pipeline and go-to-market execution.
- Market intelligence, competitor analysis, and forecasting.
- Sustainability program leadership.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- 8-10 years of experience in Marketing, Strategic Sales, or Business Development.
- Academic degree (Master's or MBA) in Business or Engineering.
- Strong strategic thinking, team orientation, and excellent communication and influencing skills.
- High affinity for digital tools, new business models, and sustainability.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must; additional language skills are a plus.
