- Actively seek out prospects to expand the company's client base and product portfolio.
- Oversee the execution of trades, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manage risks associated with transactions and regularly assess the company's compliance framework for market integrity.
- Offer market insights by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
- Develop tailored solutions and advise clients based on current and projected market conditions.
- Support the company's overall growth strategy by increasing market share and cultivating relationships that contribute to business expansion.
- Build strategic partnerships that align with long-term organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve service delivery for institutional clients.
- Ensure seamless communication between internal departments to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Adapt strategies in response to regulatory changes and shifts in market dynamics to remain competitive and compliant.
- Engage in continuous learning to align with industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree and certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
- Proven experience in capital markets, institutional sales, or client relationship management (5+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of debt and equity transactions and regulatory frameworks in the financial markets.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and build/maintain client relationships effectively.
- Experience in risk management and compliance within capital markets is highly desirable.
