  • Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with the communication leader to create a robust branding strategy that reflects ABB’s vision and values in the retail market.
  • Brand Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform branding strategies. Brand Messaging: Develop clear and compelling brand messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates ABB in the retail market.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment and support for branding initiatives.
  • Project Management: Lead the branding transition project, ensuring timely execution of initiatives, adherence to budgets, and achievement of project milestones.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, preferably in retail, home decoration industry.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and consumer insights to inform branding strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative branding solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and content management systems.
  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding of global branding practices and the ability to adapt strategies to local markets.
