What You'll DoProduct Management Support Activities Product Authorization:
- Support the process of defining what, when and how products will be introduced in assigned markets.
- Assist with stock keeping unit (SKU) introduction activities to help maintain a simple and efficient portfolio.
- Help prepare sales codes and support phase in/phase out tasks under guidance from Product Managers.Range Sufficiency:
- Contribute to data collection and basic analysis to identify potential coverage gaps in the portfolio.
- Provide initial insights to support recommendations for improving product coverage in assigned markets.Portfolio Simplification and Rationalization:
- Assist in executing simplification actions (e.g., SKU clean-up and documentation updates).
- Work with the regional Product Portfolio Manager to support efforts that drive a more focused, flagship-led portfolio.Support Regional Planning Cycles Monthly Product Review:
- Prepare meeting materials, data summaries and inputs for monthly sessions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to gather information and track follow-up actions.
- Ensure alignment with global guidance by organizing and sharing relevant updates.Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Support:
- Assist in compiling product-related assumptions and data to help translate global priorities into local plans.
- Contribute supporting analysis to help estimate product driven business growth.Long-Term Planning:
- Provide data support (e.g., basic forecasting inputs, portfolio analyses and roadmap information) used in long-term
corporate planning.
- Help prepare documents and summaries for review by more senior team members.Enable Regional Sales Teams:
- Assist in preparing product information, value propositions and sales materials for Commercial teams.
- Support updates to training content and tools in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Enablement.
- Help respond to product-related inquiries from Sales teams and ensure they have current information.Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
