Join us as Marketing Management Staff Specialist to grow Infineon's Robotics businessKey responsibilities in your new role
- Drive Design-win and Revenue growth in Robotics applications
- Collect market feedback, support and align with HQ on China market dynamics and customer needs
- Define pricing strategy for Greater China to maximize profit margins
- Lead new product definition and proposals, specifically tailored to China market requirements
- Deliver technical training on products and applications to customers and distributors
- BSEE or MSEE in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in product development or technical sales in motor control, power conversion or adjacent fields
- System-level experience or knowledge of motor drives preferred
- Business-fluent English and native Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, creative problem-solver, and strong team player
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required
