- Lead in the contribution of creative ideas to solve problems and develop holistic brand campaigns for our luxury brands.
- Work with the team to build strong industry relationships and execute strategic plans in terms of media/KOL outreach programs and activities.
- Oversee and manage client campaigns and sponsorships from start to finish to ensure consistent messaging, unified execution among partners, on-time delivery and quality control.
- Manage your team's P+L and work towards growing your team.
- Be a coach, mentor and inspiration to team.
- You will be expected to help with business development and pitching in addition to working with our current long term client projects .
- Preparing strategic presentations, reports, press releases and planning documents in relation to client brands.
- At least 10 years marketing or communications experience (Client/Agency/Media).
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and accounts, manage client relationships and deliver results.
- Understanding of the online and social media space, ability to link new media strategies to traditional corporate or marketing communications in a logical and compelling manner.
- Excellent Communications skills - can write and present ideas in both English and Chinese languages.
- Both strategic and creative with strong local consumer insights.
- Proven account/project management skills, including budget management.
- Effective, Organized, Systematic and a strong team player
- Problem solving skills, being deadline oriented, professional with a great attitude.
- Experience developing and implementing comprehensive programs and tactics, along with supporting materials.
- Fluency in Chinese and English
