Develop short, medium and long term business plan , and effectively plan the team organisation structure, to realise the achievement of business goals.

Very sensitive to the market dynamics, adjust the market layout and customer relationship accordingly.
Effectively plan and promote retail operation related systems, operation manuals, work processes, and employee training to standardize operation management and to ensure compliance operations by the retail team.
Ensure that retail sales and profit targets are met, and be responsible for related operational and human resource management indicators.
Effectively sales team management , including the talent planning, talent development and t he succession plan as well.
Standardize the HC management of both the retail office and the s tore s , to achieve the annual retail labor efficiency indicators.

P&L owner of Greater Bay Area.|In charge of regional retail expansion.

Be sophisticated in retail operational management, with acute insight into the service needs of mid to high end consumers.
Bachelor's degree or above, with 8 years or above retail management experience , especially in fashion/luxury with outstanding record of success, will be given priority.
Familiar with the Hong Kong and Macau markets, with retail management experience in Chinese mainland, Singapore and Taiwan preferred.
