- Responsible for the analysis, identification and translation of the target customer, perceptions and needs into brand strategies that drive the business and build the brand.
- Responsible for developing China PR strategy for the brands including what elements to highlight to deliver the customer's needs and wants for new markets.
- Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to drive traffic into current stores and future stores.
- Responsible for building and developing China editorial share of voice with an emphases on translating and building brand story with the Chinese consumer.
- Develop and execute marketing and PR plans to support the new store openings at the market level and for individual stores.
- Develop and manage the total annual and seasonal marketing plans that include target customer insights, key brand issues, overall budget, promotions (non-merchandising), and in-store experience strategy. Plans must have clear, measurable goals and must be aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee and drive process related to consumer direct mail programs including working through product and brand sensitivities and ensuring proper communications are delivered through process.
- Own and drive marketing annual plan, metrics of success and budget. This process includes holistic evaluation of previous year performance, performance of Brand, industry trends and customer research.
- Responsible for the team in the development and execution of all regional marketing activities including customer contact strategy and promotional events.
- Develop and manage PR and Communications budget. Ensure that the in-store and out-of-store experience is aligned, consistent and emotionally relevant for the customer.
- Strategic Partner with Merchandising & Planning, Stores and Creative & Brand Presentation is aligned to drive the business and build the brand.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with all Country/Regional of Marketing.
- Develop and maintain alignment touch points to ensure key brand messages are translated into the Greater China.
- Source, select, develop and manage functional team in day-to-day marketing activities.
- 10+ years of experience in PR sector, from either VOGUE/ELLE magezine background or luxury beauty brandside background
- Strong in global communication and relationship building
- Proven track record of success in Marketing with particular depth in social media.
- Dedicated and demonstrated success managing in a complex and matrix international culture.
