- Identify market requirements and opportunities, and translate these opportunities into business requirements.
- Responsible for delivering the agreed revenue targets to meet the overall GTS business objectives.
- To grow DBS’ share of wallet from existing clients.
- Strong knowledge of the Financial Institutions (FIG) industry. This candidate must have good relationships / contacts with banks.
- Drive overall account plan and targets together with FIG RM.
- Familiar with GTS products particularly in clearing and trade finance.
- Lead client solutioning through collaboration with GTS Product, Implementation and relevant stakeholders to deliver the agreed solutions.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline to meet business value revenue targets.
- Build new FIG clients and grow wallet share from existing bank clients.
- Strong sales aptitude, ability to cross sell and upsell new GTS products (eg. Custody services, FMDB) to existing FI clients.
- Conduct presentations to internal and external customers confidently.
- Be a strong team player that shares across experiences with team members. At the same time this candidate is able to drive business independently.
- Establish and collaborate with RM for new product launch and update.
- Work across functional groups to develop the product and deliver the solutions to customers.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in the banking industry, preferably with bank coverage experience
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Experienced in Cash management and trade finance sales, custody experience will be an added advantage
- Strong sales aptitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of the China FIG segment and GTS product knowledge
- Think strategically and ability to share across experiences with team members.
