(ADI)Position Overview:Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) is seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Senior Analyst to join our Sales Operations department in Shanghai. This role is integral to support the Asia Sales and Global Broad Market team and will be responsible for business analytics and reporting, while also driving enhancing business intelligence tools to support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and enhance dashboards using Power BI to improve visibility into key performance metrics.
  • Deliver reporting and actionable insights to Asia sales and global broad market leadership.
  • Conduct in-depth customer and business data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Customer Account Specialist, and sales team to improve data systems and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in sales operations, data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Experience with Python or other data analysis programming languages is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges.
  • Prior experience in the semiconductor or technology industry is preferred.
