- To develop and maintain customers, search and collect project information in petrochemical, refinery chemical industry, understand the customer needs and provide solutions;
- Define sales strategy, profit margin, market share increase with the manager;
- Plan and execute high level customer meetings which strongly build up the relationship and motivate the customer
- To spot necessary sales agent/distributor and manage the channel;
- Sell AL products via channel or directly to customer;
- Coordinate with central technical team for international projects, product adaptation, engineering assistance.
- 5+ years sales or application, technical support experience in power industries;
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electric, thermos, process control etc.
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Good interpersonal communication .
- Cross-cultural awareness.
- Have large project sales, follow up, daily contact, negotiation ability.
- Maintain a stable performance under pressure..
- Customer-orientation and effective communication.
- Willing to travel.
