Regional Sales Manager for waste-water treatment.As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing key customer relationships within the assigned region, with a focus on municipal & industrial waste-water treatment customers.You will work closely with the global sales team, product development, and marketing departments to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.   • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base in a regional or global context.
  • Strong understanding of the water treatment industries, with a particular focus on decarbonization and hydrogen economy trends.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team, driving sales strategies and execution plans to achieve regional sales objectives.
  • Familiarity with market research and analysis techniques, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
