The RE-Expert needs very well trained soft skills, because the collecting, identification and analyzing of requirements are not only requires an engineering practice approach also requires mediating skills and communication skills.
  • Identification of project related stakeholders
  • Start of ACU requirements development based on product requirement.
  • Elicit stakeholder needs, expectations and requirements，incl.use case, environmental regulations related to material acquisition, storage, handling, recycling, elimination, or disposal, manufacturability, legal, regulatory, and other constraints.
  • Formulate and analyze product requirements and close gaps.
  • Develop data to define requirements.
  • Examine requirements in an initial design study.
  • Develop requirements specification.
  • Confirm verification-validation plan.
  • Confirm specified requirements with stakeholders.
  • Track requirements
  • Identify and manage changes in requirements
  • Results review and reporting
Qualifications
  • SW developer experience
  • Product owner experience is preferred.
  • Good English communication
  • Internal BOSCH transfer is preferred.
