Leveraging C3/EIPF/Libcar frameworks, you will design and maintain a robust, scalable integration bench, ensuring seamless alignment between hardware, software, and functional requirements. Your expertise will drive EE integration, reducing validation cycles while meeting performance, safety, and compliance standards.Responsibilities:EE Integration Bench Development & Optimization * Tasks:
- Design, configure, and maintain C3/EIPF/Libcar-based integration benches per vehicle BOM and architecture .
- Ensure bench stability and accuracy for validation across smart cockpit, ADAS, and body systems.
- Partner with EE Architecture to refine BOM definitions and integration interfaces.
- Define test checklists covering functional safety (ISO 26262), EMC, and diagnostics (UDS/OBD).
- Responsibilities:
- Setup the EE bench to ensure all the function is matching with vehicle requirements.
- Work closely with architecture team to identify and resolve issues in the EE integration and validation work.
- Ensure that to provide a stable and efficient global EE validation platform.
- Own the EE integration platform’s reliability and scalability for global vehicle programs.
- Coordinate with Architecture team to maintain the vehicle EE BOM.
- Actively participate in the setup processing and optimize the bench environment.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and hardware engineers, to ensure seamless EE integration and testing.
- Bench Efficiency: <5% downtime, >90% test automation coverage.
- Integration Speed: Reduce rework cycles by 15% per project.
- Contribution to the overall EE validation process and seamless integration with other engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of EE integration.
- Technical Mastery:
- Vehicle networks: CAN FD, Ethernet, AUTOSAR stack.
- Tools: CANoe/CANalyzer, CAPL, Python, HIL/SIL frameworks.
- Debugging: Lauterbach, oscilloscopes, OBD diagnostics.
- Agile mindset (JIRA/Confluence) and CI/CD basics (Git/Jenkins).
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with ADAS/smart cockpit/body control modules.
- Knowledge of ISO 21434 (cybersecurity) or ASPICE processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years in automotive EE integration, with 1+ full lifecycle project (C3/EIPF/Libcar exposure).
- Basic knowledge of EE architecture and Vehicle network, automotive systems, and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with validation and debug tools and test automation frameworks.
- Experience with vehicle-level testing and bench testing is a plus.
