(Regulatory) Accounting Manager（SG）

- Independently manage and prepare full set accounts for small/medium sized entities
- Assist with drafting technical accounting guidance and advice to various business and finance stakeholders
- Develop and maintain IFRS-compliant accounting policies and carrying out research on complex accounting matters to ensure accurate and transparent external reporting
- Coordinate audit-readiness activities and organise external audit procedures in order to resolve critical accounting issues surrounding digital assets and operations
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and ensure that reports and documentation comply with regulations and professional standards
- Provide training to wider finance teams and business stakeholders on various topics
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a solid background in technical accounting and evaluation skill
- A strong desire to learn about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and stay informed about industry developments and trends
- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
- Professional working proficiency in Chinese and English
