Monthly Closing and Reportinga) Lead monthly closing process including but limit to monitor closing schedule, held pre-closing meeting with all accounting team leaders and finance BPs.b) Lead team to provide monthly statutory report for all legal entities and branch offices timely, provide statistic reports per government’s schedule. Provide financial report to shareholder quarterly.c) Perform timely and accurate submission of balance sheet data of both actual and forecast in group reporting system. Complete report level balance sheet reconciliation.d) Provide flux analysis on balance sheet accounts and indirect cashflow to group reporting team. Reply questionnaire from group reporting team.e) Lead team to perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation and follow up on outstanding items.f) Coordinate all accounting/tax/treasury leaders to complete manual journey entries review to ensure the accuracy and compliance.2. Accounting treatment & Finance master dataa) Update COA and CC/PC structure whenever necessary.b) Provide accounting treatment advice and standardize booking rules per new business case and ensure the compliance in both IFRS and PRC GAAP.c) Validate the vendor/customer data creation and modification by team member.3. Accounting Policy and Project Managementa) Support leader in formulating company accounting policy with accurate interpretation on group accounting policy and IFRS reporting rule to ensure proper accounting treatment for complex business scenarios.b) Support leader in continuously improvement on accounting process, procedure to ensure effective control with efficiency. Provide necessary training to team members to ensure successful implementation of the process.c) Support leader in accounting projects, including project resource planning, solution design and discussion with internal and external consultants, cross functional communication with key stakeholders, project schedule and timeline management etc.4. Othersa) Coach team to follow accounting principle and internal control requirement.b) Continue improvement on procedure and process.c) Update SOP whenever necessary.d) Other tasks assigned by manager.Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and professional qualification in accounting such as CPA/ACCA. 3+ years of handling GL accounting, experience with retailing business is preferred 2+ years’ experience in a Managerial role Familiar with PRC & IFRS GAAP & practices Skilled in written and spoken English. Familiar with SAP, excel and PPT.
