- Provide consultation and expertise in the legal requirements for nonprofits in China, to support in establishing processes and requirements for engaging with volunteers and accepting monetary and in-kind donations.
- Research, recruit, and onboard prospective partner nonprofits and social ventures.
- Cultivate, maintain, and strengthen relationships with partner organizations, acting as the primary liaison between them and Visit.org. Provide general and tailored support to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Leverage data and technology tools to optimize recruitment and partnership-building efforts.
- Collaborate closely with partner organizations to design and build social impact experiences, prioritizing high-quality output and tangible social impact. Incorporate feedback to continuously improve these experiences.
- Facilitate the preparedness of NPOs to offer best-in-class experiences through comprehensive onboarding, training, and communications support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Hubspot or other technology platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate experiences, event delivery, organization training, payments, and other operational aspects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of partner organizations, experiences, and offerings in the assigned region/portfolio.
- Assist in identifying crucial metrics, KPIs, and scalable processes, and support the implementation of new systems and processes for efficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in the nonprofit, social impact, or related sector, specifically focused in China.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for nonprofits in China
- Must have professional written/verbal fluency in English in addition to core Chinese languages.
- 1+ year of client or external partner facing experience, demonstrating strong relationship-building skills and retention strategies.
- An intrinsic understanding of the unique needs of nonprofits and an unwavering passion for our mission.
- Comfortable with data entry tasks; experience working with Hubspot or other CRM software is a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Acclimatized to and excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute positively to a collaborative team and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
