- Developing market intelligence, including market trends & drivers, competitor landscape etc. in automotive electronics & semi conductor area
- Strategy development in automotive electronics & semi conductor area
- Business development in ASEAN market (focus on Semi-conductor area), including market intelligence, competitor landscape, strategy development & implementation support
- Reponsible for strategic partnership and M&A
- Establish close relationship and access to relevant industry ecosystem to get first-hand information about government regulations and policies in order to be able to interpret and derive potential business chance and strengthen relationship with relevant GO, NGOs and associations
- Strategy meeting preparation, incl. market research & analysis, internal and external presentation preparation
- B.S, M.S. or PhD in (Micro)Electronics, Engineering or Business
- 5~10 years relevant working experience in automotive industry; Semiconductor industry experience with a working knowledge of automotive technology / electronics preferred; Management consulting experience preferred
- Strategic thinking; Structured working style
- Result orientation and strong focus on deliverables
- Excellent project management and organizational skills as well as the ability to work independently and effectively in an international team environment
- Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills; Customer orientation
- Proven capability to collaborate and influence others to build relationships and networks across different functions and department areas
- Excellent written and spoken English
