Welcome to Bosch.Job Description1. Develop market intelligence, identify key customers and develop business in EMS areas (with main focus on Tier customers);2. Develop and implement overall EMS Go-to-Market strategy & customer strategy based on business targets;3. Successfully manage the relationship with customer and stakeholders;4.Commercial mgt. based on business targets, including: acquisition, turnover, delivery, EBIT, cash flow, AR, sales planning & forecast etc.;5. Preparation of quotations & customer contracts6. Overall customer project management in collaboration with manufacturing/engineering project managersQualifications1. Bachelor degree or above (preferably in engineering), willing to understand technical details.2. Experience with direct customers contact, good know-how in automotive industry, having EMS Tier customer experience; Value stream experience in electronics manufacturing preferred3. 5~10 years working experience in sales & project management, thereof at least 2~3 years experience in automotive EMS industry;4. Strong customer oritentation, willing to travel & work with customer, good team player, communicator & influencer;5. Ability to work independently, highly result oriented with strong desire for success6. Command of English language in verbal communication and writing
