Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.Team Management:
Supervise and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Performance Optimization:
Monitor production metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.Budget Management:
Develop and manage the plant budget, forecasting expenses and optimizing resource allocation to achieve financial targets.Quality Control:
Ensure product quality meets company standards and customer expectations, implementing quality control measures throughout the production process.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including supply chain, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and effective problem-solving.QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.Experience:
8+ years of experience in plant management or operations management within the manufacturing sector, preferably in food or agriculture.Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.Analytical Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Project Management:
