你将为光纤连接器与相关组件的客户提供全流程技术支持和现场问题解决，确保客户体验和成功实现大规模制造。Working with the Regional Sales team and Account Managers, provide technical support to our customers on connector assembly processes, product applications, and product performance to include:· Pre and post-sales technical support for our customers as part of the introduction of new connector products· Post-training follow-up process engineering support to ensure our customers effectively scale manufacturing operations· rapid response and on-site support to our customers' to resolve manufacturing challenges related to company's connector termination and/or assembly· Development of process documentation and product performance reports· Through collaboration with the Applications Engineering team and customers, design experiments and test plans for evaluation of hypotheses as part a of root-cause analysis efforts, new process and/or product validation, termination equipment evaluation, etc.· Lead and / or support Applications Engineering department projects to improve our systems and elevate our technical strengthAdditional responsibilities and expectations involve:· Setting and maintaining project timelines and progress based on company priorities and available internal department resources.
