With over 60,000 employees worldwide, we use science and technology to improve health and save lives.About the RoleAs an APAC Benefits Analyst, you will support employee health and wellness benefits in China and Japan. You will work with HR teams, payroll, vendors, and brokers to make sure benefits are accurate, compliant, and helpful to employees. This includes managing data, answering employee questions, handling leave and insurance, and supporting wellness programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and helping people.Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert for employee benefits in China and Japan, ensuring programs are compliant, competitive, and aligned with Labcorp’s global strategy.
  • Monitor and interpret government regulations related to leave policies, social insurance, and health benefits, ensuring Labcorp remains compliant with local laws and reporting requirements.
  • Support the administration of healthcare, pension, and wellness programs, including employee enrollment, eligibility tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Partner with HR, payroll, and external vendors to resolve complex employee benefit inquiries and escalations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in the renewal and implementation of benefit plans, working closely with brokers and consultants to ensure smooth transitions and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain accurate benefits data and documentation, supporting audits and internal reviews as needed.
  • Track and report on cost-saving initiatives, utilization trends, and employee engagement with benefit programs.
  • Support benefit-related invoicing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in coordination with Finance, while educating vendors on billing requirements.
  • Contribute to global initiatives such as open enrollment, wellness campaigns, and policy harmonization across APAC.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Able to read, write, and speak Chinese, Japanese, and English
  • Background in HR, Payroll, Business, or Finance is helpful
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Able to work with large data sets and solve problems
  • Comfortable working with teams across different countries and levels
