RESPONSIBILITIESYour main focus :
  • Develop and execute skincare e-commerce strategies that align with company goals and objectives
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective management of newly emerged EC channels e.g Douyin and potential platform
  • Ensure that the customer experience is exceptional across all e-commerce platforms including store livestreaming, content in DY
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key e-commerce partners and vendors
  • Analyze e-commerce performance data and provide insights to the management team to support decision-making
  • Manage inventory and ensure that stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices and share knowledge with the team
YOU ARE A COTY FITAs an experienced role, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through e-commerce channels
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret e-commerce performance data
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and trends in the Chinese market
  • Fluency in written English. Quick learning skill and excellent communication skills with ability to endure pressure and work under cross-functional teams;
  • Skillful in office software in terms of Excel and PowerPoint;
