The role may also involve mentoring engineers and specialists in system development to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.Job Description:

Understand users’ requirements and function specification;
Prepare technical specification;
Develop software applications;
Prepare test case, conduct the unit test and system test;
Other related assignments.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline;
4+ years of working experience on web front-end development with HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, AngularJS / Bootstrap / ExtJS, and etc.;
Have working experience in Java;
Familiar with common software architecture models and a variety of algorithms and data structures e.g. multithreading, network programming (Socket, http/web service) and etc.;
Knowing RWD (Responsive Web Design);
Proficient in Internet related applications such as Web Browsers (e.g. IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) and Web Servers (e.g. IIS, Apache, Tomcat, IHS);
Reasonable Object Orientated Design and development skills;
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines;
Able to promptly answer support related emails, phone calls and other electronic communications;
Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Chinese and English (Plus);
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
Entrepreneurial spirit or enjoy working in a startup environment;
Desire to learn new technologies.
