- Formulate and implement hotel safety and security systems and operating procedures to comply with public security regulations and hotel operation requirements.
- Organize the security team to carry out daily patrols, fire inspections and monitoring system duty, and promptly identify potential safety hazards.
- Handle emergencies in the hotel (such as public security disputes, fire dangers, etc.), and coordinate with external units such as public security and fire departments for joint disposal.
- Manage security personnel scheduling, attendance and performance, organize safety skill training, and improve the team's emergency response capabilities.
- Inspect the integrity of hotel fire-fighting facilities and security equipment, supervise maintenance work to ensure normal operation.
- Cooperate with various hotel departments to do a good job in safety assurance for large-scale events and important guest receptions, record security incidents and summarize improvements.
- College degree or above, with more than 3 years of security management experience in hotels or large venues; holder of fire control certificate is preferred.
- Familiar with national security regulations, fire protection standards and hotel security system operations, with the ability to formulate emergency response plans.
- Good team management skills, able to effectively coordinate the security team to complete daily and emergency tasks.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate efficiently with public security, fire departments and the hotel internal.
- Good health, no bad records, able to adapt to shift work, and have a certain physical fitness foundation.
- Strong sense of responsibility, calm and decisive in handling affairs, with keen ability to identify security risks.
