Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Train, manage, and motivate bar staff to maintain high service standards.
Control inventory of beverages and supplies, minimizing waste and loss.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and local regulations.
Handle guest complaints and operational issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who:
Previous experience in bar or food & beverage operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
Good knowledge of beverages and basic bartending skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work flexible shifts.
Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of service.
