- 12+ years of leadership experience in brand management, with a proven track record managing multiple brand portfolios, preferably within the sports industry.
- Strong strategic thinking: able to anticipate future opportunities and translate them into breakthrough strategies; participate in key FOP projects during the strategic planning phase to learn from and influence cross-functional teams.
- Deepen FOP O2O knowledge through collaboration and stretch assignments in key FOP campaigns.
- Ability to understand and communicate the FOP/team vision and strategy, aligning city-level brand efforts with cross-team objectives.
- Continuously deliver valuable consumer insights to build impactful FOP storytelling and engagement.
- Drive clarity across teams: ensure strategic consistency and sharp execution with clear priorities.
- Develop managerial skills to foster cohesive teamwork across project workstreams.
