- Take full responsibility for Nordson NW Sales in Shanghai, Jiangsu.
- Hit financial targets in sales revenue, gross margin, A/R, etc.
- Make business strategy, tactics, plans and take actions to drive sales growth thru NBS Next
- Develop and engage TOP/key accounts, strategic and high potential customers, and partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, incl. new applications & new customers.
- Cover full sales cycling, identifying opportunities, quoting, negotiating before closing orders; Make sales forecast, track opportunity pipeline, order entries, deliveries, and payments, etc.
- Prepare and participate in trade shows and any other marketing and promotional activities.
- Drive new products development through internal and external collaboration.
- Improve customer satisfaction through internal and external communication.
- Participate in sales meetings or reports on basis of weekly, monthly, quarterly, or as required.
- Participate in and take additional assignments and projects as required.
- Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Automatic/Mechanism/Electronics Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years’ sales experience in devices or equipment. Working experience in MNCs in China hygiene market is preferred.
- Good at English in oral and written.

- Quick learning skills on business knowledge in products, applications, and markets.
