- This role supports the Senior Manager of Business Planning in driving the Franchise/Wholesale sell-in planning cycle. Key responsibilities include maintaining core planning databases and customer master data, submitting accurate sell-in to shipment plans, and supporting various ad hoc planning initiatives to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Develop monthly rolling sell-in forecasts aligned with financial targets, incorporating order changes and potential adjustments, cancellations, shipment controls, credit blocks, and products delays.
- Generate monthly shipment plans for all accounts to support operational execution and alignment.
- Maintain the sell-in database with up-to-date shipment and return data.
- Maintain local customer master data, focusing on trade terms and account-specific attributes.
- Conduct monthly BOH (Business on Hand) reviews with FP&A.
- Align forward three-month shipment plans with Supply Chain Planning.
- Support monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings with relevant data and insights.

- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years in the sporting goods or apparel industry.
- Experience in sales planning or operations preferred.
