  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of campus offices.
  • Execute and implement facility management policies/processes to ensure 100% compliance with Corporate Standards. Monitor and ensure the process runs as designed and continuously improve the process.
  • Execute and implement EHS and security policies/processes throughout campus to ensure 100% compliance with EHS and security requirements.
  • Review service contract and monitor bidding process. Guide and supervise out-sourced contractor performance and deliver quality service to customers.
  • Cooperation with landlord on building services
  • Maintain and update all admin & support related documents and records.
  • Support TEOA implementation for campus offices.
  • Organize or coordinate Admin related activities, meetings, and trainings.
  • Other tasks assigned by leader.
Financial Supports
  • Expenses/budget tracking, analysis and reporting.
  • Drive team for productivity.
Space and Project Management
  • Lead management level communication for cross BU activities and projects at Shanghai Campus.
  • Monitor space status for Shanghai Campus. Align with local BUs on space assignment and HC forecast. Ensure proper allocation.
  • Lease contract management for Shanghai Campus
  • CER process implementation and budget control for office project.
  • Work with construction team to drive the project completion on time.
  • Customer satisfaction collection and follow up.
  • Physical moving
People Management
  • Managing people
  • Develop correct organizational structure.
  • Solid organizational agility, good at dealing with ambiguity
What your background should look like
  • College degree or above
  • ≥ 5 years' experience in Admin & Support function at multi-national company.
  • 3-5 years' experience in people management.
  • Experience of space and project management.
  • Knowledge with EHS/SCM.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing excel skills.
  • Good communication skills and self-disciplined.
  • A quick learner and willing to learn.
