  • As we take on more complex initiatives across our supply chain, we’re facing a gap in project leadership — we need strong, strategic minds who can not only plan but also drive execution to results. You'll be stepping in to lead high-impact projects from strategy to implementation, ensuring we’re resourced properly, aligned on priorities, and seeing real progress. If you’re someone who thrives on turning ideas into action and keeping cross-functional teams moving, this role is for you.
Early Success Milestones for this role
  • Able to understand the ins and outs of the supply chain operations
  • Deliver results by leading 1-2 Kaizen projects
Ideal ProfileWe would love to hear from you if…
  • You have 5–10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally within cross-border e-commerce operations.
  • You've worked in a top-tier e-commerce company (e.g. Alibaba Level 5+, TikTok Level 2-1+) and understand how high-performing supply chain teams operate at scale.
  • Shopify experience is a big plus!
  • You’re confident with project management, data analysis, and working with ERP/WMS systems to drive decisions and improvements.
  • You can use English as a working language. Fluent writing and reading is acceptable if the rest of your experience is a strong fit.
  • You’re organized, meticulous, and a critical thinker who can communicate clearly and drive results.
  • You’ve worked with SQL, Python, dbt, BI tools, ETL tools like Fivetran or Airbyte, or alerting tools like Monte Carlo or Airflow (not required but a plus).
Couple of the notes about the role
  • This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.
  • This role is only for candidates who are currently based in China.
  • You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
  • We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff to track hours worked.
