Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & AnalysisLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for supply chain operations (manufacturing, logistics, warehousing).
Analyze cost drivers (production, transportation, inventory) and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor KPIs (e.g., COGS, freight costs, inventory turnover) and provide actionable insights.2. Cost Optimization & Process ImprovementPartner with operations teams to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and standardize costing methodologies.
Evaluate make-vs.-buy decisions, logistics routes, and warehouse utilization for cost savings.
Implement ROI-driven initiatives (e.g., automation, supplier negotiations).3. Working Capital & Inventory ManagementOptimize inventory levels to balance cost and service levels.
Drive initiatives to improve cash flow (e.g., payment terms, DPO/DSO).
Ensure accurate inventory valuation and compliance with accounting standards.4. Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Mitigate risks related to currency fluctuations, supplier stability, and demand volatility.5. Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as the finance business partner for supply chain leaders, aligning financial goals with operational execution.
Support CAPEX evaluations for supply chain investments.
Lead ad-hoc projects (e.g., ERP implementations, M&A integrations).Job RequirementsQualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
Experience: 8+ years in finance/FP&A, with 3+ years in supply chain finance (manufacturing/logistics/warehouse).
Skills:Expertise in cost accounting, variance analysis, and working capital management.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel/Power BI.
Strong communication to influence stakeholders.Mindset: Analytical, proactive, and collaborative with a continuous improvement focus.
