BU Controller - MNC Manufacturing Company

• Lead the rolling sales forecasting activities for the responsible business unit. Manage the calendar, due dates and deliverables for monthly outlook, quarterly forecasts and yearly BP
• Manage the monthly business review process. Provide analysis and overview on net sales, profitability, segment performance, price & mix development, order intake, collection etc.
• Act as extended arm of internal control in the unit, review and approve special price, samples, rebates, watch out for bad debt provision, unreasonable S&A expense, etc.
• Help the BU head actively manage pre-sales process in visualization, pipeline sufficiency, conversion rates, risk and opportunities, support needed, data quality, etc.
• Continually drive the team for improved analytics to increase transparency & insights.
• Support sales team simulating customer offers, review and approve price quotations, T&C
• Utilize various AR reports, perform detailed working capital reviews and analysis.
• Collaborate with the leadership team in creating the Strategic plan, track and monitor the process towards the plan, connecting the dots on key localization projects etc.
• Actively steward profitability, price and cost development, enhance cluster visibility

• Bachelor degree or above in finance related major, MBA is a plus. CPA/ ACCA/ CMA certificate is also preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Finance experience in Manufacturing Industry, with a mixture of industrial setting is preferred.
• High level analytical capabilities with a record of successful financial modeling experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills, bilingual, both written and verbal
• Proven record of successful individual and team process improvement actions
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
