  • Work as a Financial Business Partner with the GM on all required financial controls including: Budget, P&L, OPEX Control, weekly, monthly reporting and Mid-term plan
  • Performance of continuous reforecast of the activity and anticipation of year-end landing
  • Cost control and identification of profitability improvement opportunities
  • Work together with the Accountant in the Hong Kong Shared Service Centre/Auditor on statutory reporting and ensure good cooperation
Tax and Statutory Reporting
  • Management of transfer pricing documentation and application according to Corporate policies
  • Liaison with local advisors, tax officer and HQ tax team
Cash and Credit Management
  • AP&AR: Manage effective DSO and DPO
  • Performance of monthly cash forecast in accuracy
  • Liaison with local banks and HQ treasury team
Pricing and Internal Control
  • Pricing control: Assess & renew of customer price annually and maintenance of pricing guidance according to pricing policy
  • SOP and internal control policy buildup for finance part
Forecasting
  • Responsible for the management of accurate demand forecast in light of country specific business needs and operational constraints
  • Participate the Sales, Inventory & Operation Planning (SIOP) cycle
Tender & Contract management
  • Ensure management of timely submissions with high quality responses aligned to Commercial strategy
  • Credit term control for credit limit and credit term
  • Management of the Tender & Contract Analyst
Additional Responsibilities
  • Participation to any Company projects when required
  • Local representative of Corporate Finance for internal control and implementation of Corporate policies
  • Pro-active and transparent communication with the functional manager
Education
  • Business degree in Finance or Business
Experience
  • More than five years of commercial experience in Controlling function, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sector;
  • Highly plus is an Accountant degree like ACCA or CIMA
  • Overall operations management experience
  • In depth experience with data analysis and sales reporting
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft PC applications, SAP, Anaplan, etc.

  • Highly developed communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
