- Deeply involved in establishing financial functions for new overseas operations as a representative of the finance headquarters, supporting local finance team organization design and staffing;
- Support the implementation of accounting policies, establishment of bookkeeping systems, ERP system configuration, and master data initialization for new entities, ensuring synchronization between financial systems and business operations;
- Develop local financial operation manuals (SOPs) that define accounting processes, approval authorities, and reporting mechanisms, ensuring alignment with company-wide standards;
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources including IT, tax, legal, etc., to promote integration and data connectivity between financial and operational systems.
- Regularly conduct financial compliance reviews, accounting quality checks, and internal control assessments for subsidiaries in overseas regions, identifying and rectifying financial risks;
- Oversee the financial reporting process of overseas entities based on group accounting policies and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance;
- Capable of performing independent financial due diligence, closing reviews, and anomaly tracking from an audit perspective, ensuring traceability and audit-readiness of financial results;
- Drive optimization of internal control processes to enhance transparency and risk resistance in overseas financial operations.
- Responsible for standardizing financial operations in the overseas region, unifying accounting policies, report formats, and closing procedures to improve financial operation efficiency;
- Promote unified deployment and upgrades of financial systems (e.g., ERP, consolidation reporting systems) in the overseas region to achieve centralized data management;
- Coordinate regional finance heads to establish cross-regional collaboration mechanisms, fostering knowledge sharing and good practice dissemination;
- Provide insights into overseas financial operations to headquarters management, supporting global strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields; Master's degree preferred;
- Professional qualifications such as CPA (China), ACCA, USCPA, etc., are preferred; familiar with IFRS, local statutory accounting requirements, and international tax compliance environments;
- 10-15 years of experience in auditing, internal audit, or finance-related roles, including Big Four or other reputable accounting firm audit or consulting project experience, and at least 5 years working in multinational companies' finance departments;
- Experience interfacing with or working on-site in overseas regions is highly desirable; preference for candidates with overseas assignments or frequent international travel experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of effective communication as a working language;
- Demonstrated ability to think globally, lead across cultures, and drive complex projects;
