500k high-voltage circuit-breakers installed globally.How you’ll make an impactYou will be responsible for the maintenance and management of factory production equipment and public system equipment.You will prepare and track preventive maintenance plans, equipment improvement plans, and spare parts procurement plans.You will guide and assist equipment maintenance workers, actively participate in equipment maintenance, implement TPM, and ensure the continuity of production.For sudden emergency failures of equipment, You need to respond quickly to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment.You will participate in the optimization and improvement projects of production equipment and related HSE improvement projects.You will be involved Key performance indicators related to management control, such as equipment uptime, equipment downtime, etc.You need to carry out continuous improvement in equipment safety, efficiency, and maintenance costs.You need to have strong learning ability and be able to meet the increasing demands of equipment maintenance and equipment management.You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your backgroundYou hold a bachelor's degree or above in mechatronics or mechanical manufacturing.More than 2 years of relevant work experience in equipment maintenance.Good problem analysis and solving skills.Good computer application skills, proficient in the use of CAD.Good communication and collaboration skills and team spirit.Able to read equipment-related English information.More about us
