500k high-voltage circuit-breakers installed globally.How you’ll make an impactYou will be implementing the EHS policy of the company and identifying the risks to ensure safety production and guaranty that new employees receive appropriate trainings on safety matters.You will be ensuring the execution of quality standards and monitoring quality of the production and guaranty that production standards are implemented.You will be organizing the manufacturing and ensuring production delivery as planned and ensure the completion of production, timely response to production problems, and solve problems.You will support daily attendance management, employee attendance, leave approval and check team attendance and review with blue collar; manage performers accordingly.You will be training, guiding the team leaders and blue collars and will be Implementing 5s, refining and improving the manufacturing process, and enhancing the manufacturing efficiency.You will plan necessary improvement actions to reach production targets and will realize training plan (on the job training and traditional training) and organizes its deployment.You will ensure that the plan is followed and updates the multi skills matrix and will be responsible to ensure that maintenance action will be initiated and solved.You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your backgroundYou hold a bachelor's degree or above.2 years production management experience at least.Well know the lean Manufacturing is preferred.Good inter-personal skills, result oriented, positive attitude.Willing to learn and quick to learn, self-motivator and self-starter.Systematic approach to solve problems.Shift work is needed.More about us
