  • Own the end-to-end processing of English content across the platform and its sub-sites, including translation, editing, contextual optimization, and localization adaptation, with a daily proofreading/editing volume of approximately 6,000 words.
  • Handle a wide range of content types, including website localization (SEO-focused), in-app/UI copy, product and technical documentation, marketing materials, help center content, and legal/compliance documents.
  • Conduct language quality monitoring and copy optimization across all business lines to ensure high-quality English localization for both web and app content, with zero language-related complaints.
  • Maintain and customize terminology databases in line with industry standards, covering cryptocurrency and financial domains.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain multi-scenario style guides, ensuring consistent and user-friendly language across push notifications, marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize translation memory (TM) assets.
  • Act as a language and localization expert, partnering with Product, Operations, and Legal teams to provide localization strategies, especially for culturally sensitive content (e.g. regional or cultural differences).
  • Implement and optimize CAT tools (Phrase) and machine translation engines (DeepL / Google MT), providing ongoing feedback and recommendations based on practical usage.
  • Produce regular language quality analysis reports, including error typologies, improvement suggestions, and best-practice examples.
What you'll need
  • Native English speaker with good proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry; entry-level or non-crypto backgrounds will not be considered.
  • Prior experience in English translation and/or proofreading, with knowledge of CAT tools; proficiency in at least one CAT tool is preferred (this requirement may be flexible).
  • Candidates should be based in a time zone close to UTC+8, or be willing to work flexible hours between 10:00 and 23:00 (UTC+8), completing an 8-hour workday within this window (this requirement may be flexible).
