- Digital sales growth: Deliver assigned sales targets for PTE in Greater China by optimising digital sales and engagement channels.
- Platform partnerships & activation: Build and strengthen partnerships with Gen Z-focused platforms (e.g. RED, WeChat, TikTok, Bilibili) to expand reach and market share.
- Channel management & optimisation: Own day-to-day management of digital platform accounts, including content creation, audience engagement, and private messaging.
- Insight-led performance: Work closely with Sales Operations to analyse channel performance, test improvements, and continuously optimise results.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. international university representatives, client relations teams) to ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns.
- You bring a bachelor's or master's degree, with 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital advertising, MCN, or related fields.
- You're data-driven and comfortable turning insights into practical commercial actions.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset-proactive, resilient, and able to deliver results under pressure.
- You're a motivated team player who enjoys collaborating across functions.
- You have excellent English language skills; Cantonese is preferred.
- Ownership of high-impact digital sales initiatives in a priority growth market.
- Exposure to cutting-edge digital platforms and Gen Z engagement strategies.
