- Responsible for developing regional IVD product marketing strategies, integrating clinical needs and market trends, and driving the implementation of strategic product promotion plans.
- Participate in developing the company's overall marketing and promotion strategies, including academic promotion, product training, and marketing events.
- Responsible for planning and executing academic promotion activities for key departments in the region, such as Laboratory Medicine, Emergency, Cardiology, Nephrology, and Oncology, including organizing Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) academic seminars, product training sessions, etc., to enhance brand influence.
- Establish and maintain a resource pool of laboratory and clinical experts in the region, maintain good communication with clinical experts, and enhance product recognition in clinical settings.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing market intelligence, product knowledge, and academic support to assist in achieving sales targets.
- Participate in the development and execution of sales plans, assist the sales team with customer acquisition and retention, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Regularly collect and analyze regional market dynamics, competitor information, and customer needs, prepare market analysis reports to support company decision-making.
- Track industry development trends and propose product optimization suggestions based on clinical needs.
- Participate in strategic product promotion projects, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, Service, and other departments to ensure smooth project progress.
