Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of design experience in product design.

Ability to travel more than 40% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing processes and industrial design execution.
Experience in CMF development and implementation.
Ability to assess cosmetic quality across a variety of materials and finishes.
Ability to communicate quality assessment to suppliers and develop plans for improvements.
Ability to collaborate with US-based design teams across time zones.

Conduct onsite supplier visits and maintain direct communication to ensure manufacturing outputs align with rigorous industrial design standards.
Evaluate parts and fully assembled devices throughout the development cycle, focusing on cosmetic quality, fit and finish, and "step and gap" precision; work with suppliers to achieve quality standards.
Partner with Color, Material, and Finishing (CMF), material science, engineering, and supply chain teams to bridge the gap between design intent and mass production.
Liaise closely with the US-based Pixel ID team to ensure global design consistency and execution.
Provide technical and design oversight to translate conceptual industrial design into market-ready future products.
