With a focus on immunology that extends to innovation in diabetes and transplant medicines, we pursue progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.Main responsibilities:Early Detection Implementation:Execute early detection programs and screening initiatives according to established strategiesManage daily operations of screening and testing programs in target locationsMonitor and report KPIs, collecting field feedback for continuous improvementCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program executionT1D Ecosystem Operations:Implement T1D stage 2 clinics diagnosis and treatment protocols in assigned hospitalsMaintain relationships with healthcare providers and patient organizationsSupport the operational aspects of T1D ecosystem developmentProgram Management:Coordinate pilot projects implementation and data collectionManage vendor relationships and program logisticsEnsure compliance with standard operating procedures and guidelinesQualificationsBachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related field3+ years of experience in healthcare program implementation or patient engagementExperience in project coordination and stakeholder managementUnderstanding of healthcare systems and patient pathwaysSkillsStrong project management and execution capabilitiesExcellent organizational and coordination skillsEffective communication and relationship building abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughProblem-solving and operational mindsetPursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
