- Lead and manage a team of approximately 100 finance professionals, ensuring high standards of service delivery across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with global and regional finance leaders to align SSC operations with strategic business goals.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and internal controls.
- Foster a culture of accountability, development, and performance within the SSC team.
- Serve as a key liaison between the SSC and business units, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a Shared Services or multinational corporate environment.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge combined with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and functions.
