As the Head of Global Internal Audit, you will be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of the company's internal audit function across all global operations. This includes the development and execution of audit strategies, risk assessments, internal control evaluation, and compliance monitoring.1.Global Audit Strategy & Planning
*Design and execute annual and mid-to-long term internal audit plans covering key global business units and regions
*Establish global audit standards and frameworks in line with international practices
2.Cross-Regional Audit Execution & Quality Oversight
*Lead and review internal audit projects across finance, operations, compliance, IT, and other key areas
*Ensure consistent audit quality and deliver insightful, actionable audit reports
3.Risk Management & Internal Control
*Collaborate with business leaders to identify and assess operational risks
*Develop and enhance internal control systems based on international frameworks such as COSO and SOX-style practices
4.Cross-Cultural Team Leadership
*Manage and mentor internal audit teams across China, Southeast Asia, North America, and beyond
*Foster effective cross-cultural collaboration and ensure local execution aligns with global audit objectives
5.Reporting & Executive Communication
*Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior management and the Audit Committee
*Offer independent, professional perspectives on key risks and governance mattersA globally renowned enterprise with strong business scaleMultiple working location with international travel required.*Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field
*Minimum 10 years of relevant audit experience, including 5+ years in a senior audit/risk leadership role
*Proven experience working in multinational corporations or global business environments
*CPA or CIA certification required
*Strong knowledge of international internal control and risk frameworks (e.g. COSO, SOX)
*Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred; other languages are a plus
*Strong cross-cultural communication and leadership skills; able to lead distributed teams across diverse geographies
*Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a frequent basis (especially to Americas, Vietnam, India, Europe)
