Report status of saving initiatives and market situation Develop and manage relationship with strategic suppliers and track their performance Monitor strategy implementation of the spend area sourcing strategy Oversee the development and execution of strategies through the strategic sourcing process and the process to select key suppliers for the specific spend area. Manage collaboration for knowledge sharing and proper communication between Local Buyers, within the spend area by providing strategy and deep spend area expertise Measure and track internal performance of each spend category within spend area responsibility Manage relationship with internal customers
