The position of BA requires a skilled individual with expertise in SAP systems and a focus on logistics within the industrial and manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimising digital workflows and supporting operational excellence.1. Responsible for the interview and assessment of business needs for cross function( can be sourcing , sales, controlling and so on) , current situation analysis and future planning for SAP implementation. Candidates may start from business controlling on one or two target area (e.g. sales controlling , sourcing controlling , plant controlling …) in first 2 years .2. SAP area focus tasks on business analysis : master data clean up , support HOD to understand current process vs SAP , SAP business analysis for business department , support the digitization effort on the commercial side (sales, sourcing, controlling, finance) .3. Candidate will be business partner for operation department, Establish good communication channels and relationships with business stakeholders.4. Responsible for demonstrating and reporting future system functions and benefits to business management level and users.
