As a plant controller, you will be responsible for supervising the financial activities of the factory to ensure compliance with the company's policies and financial objectives. This position requires strong financial management skills and expertise in the industrial/manufacturing sector.1. Lead the plant's annual financial budgeting process, including departmental OPEX and CAPEX budgeting.2. Establish and release standard product costs and standard activity rates for the plant.3. Conduct CAPEX ROI assessments and monitor ROI performance, evaluate make-or-buy decisions for in-house components to optimize cost efficiency.4. Tracking plant materials performance (PPV, VA/VE, high-runner C-BOM) on monthly basis.5.
