1. Support retail pharmacy trade marketing strategy formulation and execution, adapt stakeholder needs, policy changes and industry trends in formulation to fully empower retail customers and support field sales team to achieve targets.2. Develop targeted customer program mix based on customer segmentation and product nature, especially for top national KAs and booming partnerships.3. Translate trade marketing strategies into annual & quarterly customer activation plans, and co-ordinate with field sales team for program development, execution and tracking.4.
